Terms and Conditions –Turf Supply and Installation

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all natural turf supply and installation services provided by Premium Turf Echuca (“we”, “our”, or “us”) to the customer (“you” or “the client”). By placing an order or accepting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Scope of Work

We supply and/or install natural turf as per the specifications agreed upon in the quote or invoice. Any changes to the scope must be confirmed in writing.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made in accordance with the payment schedule provided. We reserve the right to cease or withhold services if payment terms are not met. Failure to pay will result in order being cancelled or postponed

Installation Delays

While we aim to complete all installations within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to weather, supplier availability, site conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by delays.

Turf Quality and Suitability

All turf is delivered fresh and in accordance with industry standards. Turf is a living product and requires proper care and suitable site conditions to thrive.

Maintenance and Aftercare

Proper maintenance is essential to the success of your turf. After installation, it is your responsibility to follow the recommended watering, mowing, and care schedule provided.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for turf that fails due to improper maintenance, neglect, incorrect watering, misuse, or damage caused by external factors (e.g., pests, pets, poor drainage, or extreme weather).

Refunds and Returns

Due to the perishable nature of turf, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the turf has been delivered or installed, unless required under Australian Consumer Law for a major fault or defect.

Site Conditions

You must ensure the site is accessible, safe, and ready for installation as agreed. Additional charges may apply for site preparation, removal of existing materials, or delays due to inadequate access.

Warranties and Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the re-supply of services or refund of the purchase price, at our discretion.
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of enjoyment, use, or resale value. Acceptance

By engaging us for turf supply or installation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
